The Lower Limb Locking Kit (Ocindis) is a full-capability instrument system for locking compression plate (LCP) fixation of the lower limb, plus cannulated 5.0 mm locking screw support. Covering 40 line items (51 pieces), the kit handles reduction, drilling, tapping, locking-sleeve guidance, torque-controlled tightening, and cannulated screw placement in femoral and tibial fracture surgery.

The kit uniquely combines two workflows: standard 4.5/5.0 mm locking plate fixation (HA4.5 cortical / HC5.0 locking taps, 4.2 mm thin/thick locking sleeves) and 5.0 mm cannulated locking screw insertion (cannulated drill bit with block, wire sleeve 2.5×5.0, threaded K-wire Φ2.5×300mm, cannulated locking screwdriver T27).
